*This new series is NOT Reverse Harem.
Great first installment of the Shifter Island Series. Absolutely wonderful. Great story building and even better characters. I love Nai and her snarkiness, especially in the beginning with the Alpha heirs. After the beginning there where a little to bit to much characters introduced. To keep it tight I would have skipped one or two. But it was not so that it disturbed the reading that much. You just have to keep your head with it and it will cost here and there extra attention to keep the storyline straight so you know about who you are reading. I got interested by the cover. It read as a half Reverse Harem and I thought the other books would be about the other males. But only know am I discovering that is not a Reverse Harem at all and is even a YA. Ha Ha.

“Only mine,” he added, and his chest heaved. Whoa. I swallowed hard. In the back of my mind, the little bit of rational-Nai screamed about healthy boundaries and psycho-controlling males. But the rest of me … I grabbed the lapels of his tuxedo jacket and gave him a half-lidded gaze as the world fell away. Nothing else existed in this moment—just me and him. “Prove it.” – Midnight Kisses (Shifter Island, #1) by Leia Stone and Raye Wagner
